Refund and Returns Policy

Western Era puts every effort at all steps while making the garment to ensure highest quality standards. As per our policy we do not offer returns but exchange of anything wrongly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) is very well possible. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Kindly get in touch with our support centre at support@westernera.com.

In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into your WE account. No Cash refund will be processed. It is essential that customers keep the packaging until they are completely satisfied with their order. If for any reason the product needs to be changed or any other reason, it shall be accepted back with 100% packaging. It is important that someone is able to receive a planned delivery.

Our products are quality checked before they leave the workshop but the customers should nevertheless inspect the goods on arrival. If they are unable to check the content on arrival please check goods within 24 hours. Any shortage in delivery must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods with full details and images on mail.

If the company is not notified in writing for any defect within 24 hours of delivery the buyer shall be deemed to have examined and accepted the product in good condition and free from any defects and supplied in accordance with all the specifications of the order. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

In case the desired size of the same product is not available with us we will request you to choose other product/products – within 7 days of the product product being received by us of equal or higher value (you will have to pay us the difference amount in case of a higher value product, we will not be paying you back the difference amount if the product/products are of lower value)

If all the above conditions are met after we receive the product/products we will dispatch the new product/products. (Subject to our discretion).Please note that size exchanges or product exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased from discounted/sale items.


Please take care when opening the packages. Do not use a sharp knife or tool to open cartons as you will risk cutting into the product itself. All staples if any, should be fully removed prior to taking the item out from the box,else you run the risk of scratching the piece as you remove it from packaging.


If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by mailing us at support@westernera.com. If you need to change the order that you have placed, kindly email us and we will be happy to help you. An email confirmation is must required for any changes you desire in your order. If it is more than 48 hours on which you have placed the order, we may have already started work on your products, in that case it will not be possible to amend or cancel the order.
